Lula Convenience

Lula Convenience is a B2B SAAS start up in the delivery space. Founded in 2020 by Adit Gupta and Tom Falzani, the company began as a grass roots solution to the problem mom and pop convenience shops were facing; How do we reach our customers in a pandemic?. With high cost of entry, individual tablets, and inventory management systems, getting into the delivery space via the available platforms created an access barrier for many. The solution? Lula Convenience.

With one platform business owners are able to upload their inventory (which for most convenience stores can be 3000+ items) once to the Lula Convenience platform, access 24 hour customer service, and accept orders from any app they have an account with. All through one tablet.

I joined the team as Lula Convenience’s Design Strategist in 2021, taking over the brand direction and visual strategy of the existing brand identity. During my time there I updated the brand mark, re-designed the company website, and managed the production of all visual material for the company (aside from product design). I worked closely with all departments to ensure that the brand standards were being accurately upheld and that all material created was an accurate reflection of the updated brand identity for Lula Convenience.
