Tower 40, also known as The Mercantile Building is located at 10th East 40th Street in New York City. The brand identity for this building is brought to you by the wonderful and talented firm Friction Design whom I have had the pleasure of working on this project. Assets I created include wayfinding material as well as custom hand-done illustrations for the neighborhood map I designed. The map is featured in the building’s website, as well as in the leasing brochure.
